In Beer School 101, our Director of Brewing will instruct attendees on the brewing process, brewing ingredients, and his unique insights on what makes a great beer. Attendees will be led through a guided tasting and be giving
a tour of the brewing facilities. Course Length: approximately 1.5 hours. Price is $35 per attendee. You must be 21 or older to participate.

Meet Sargon: A Red Lager that's a Rare Find
A Red (Amber) Lager is a variation of a Vienna Lager. Similar to an Oktoberfest style beer, it was traditionally brewed in the spring and stored in caves to be consumed in the later cooler months. When the first cool snap arrived, the beer would be tapped to herald the new season.

Lost Worlds and Bright Penny Form a Collab and the Result is Refreshing
Since opening in 2020, Lost Worlds has had a handful of beer collaborations – Catawba Brewing, Rock Hill Brewing, Mad Mole and King Canary to name a few. This is a collaborative industry where brewers enjoy sharing recipes and spending a day in the brew house together, sharing tips and talking about the industry trends. Some brewery collaborations originate from long-time friendships and others by happenstance. Our most recent collab is the result of attending Untapped Beer Festival. After tasting each other’s brews and talking about craft beer all day, our breweries decided to craft a collaboration.
