At Lost Worlds Brewing, we believe every adventure deserves great food. We're looking for an enthusiastic, dependable Food Truck Kitchen Manager to lead our food truck kitchen and help create memorable experiences for every guest who visits our Cornelius taproom.

What You'll Do
As our Food Truck Kitchen Manager, you'll help keep the kitchen running smoothly while serving handcrafted American favorites that pair perfectly with our award-winning craft beer.
Your day-to-day will include:
Preparing and cooking menu items with consistency and care
Maintaining high standards for food quality, presentation, and portioning
Assisting with food prep before service
Keeping the food truck clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations
Monitoring inventory and communicating supply needs
Leading the kitchen through busy service periods with efficiency and a positive attitude
Assisting with opening, closing, and daily cleaning procedures
Providing friendly, professional service whenever interacting with guests

Preferred qualifications include:
Previous kitchen, restaurant, or food truck experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A commitment to food safety and cleanliness
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and special events

Adventure guide (bArtender)
Principal Responsibilities:
Our Adventure Guides are our front-line for making our guests comfortable and getting them their favorite beverage. Responsibilities include:
Creating a safe and comfortable environment for our guests
Assisting guests in selecting a beer or finding merchandise to fit their need
Assisting with events off-premise, such as beer festivals or tastings at a wholesale client
Having fun, swapping stories, imparting craft beer knowledge, and building first name relationships with our guests
Adhering to our operational policies and procedures and contributing to continually making our brewery better in all ways
Qualifications:
Successful applicants for this role will possess a positive, can-do attitude and project a zest for life. And it wouldn’t hurt if you:
Have experience working in guest services
Are meticulous yet flexible, and still yet passionate about your work
Have knowledge of beer styles & craft beer trends
Have knowledge of craft cocktails and pouring spirits
Have prior experience working with a POS System/Cash Register (bonus points for Arryved experience)
Have passion for adventures, travel, history, and experiencing life to the fullest
Are willing to collaborate and work with an awesome team
Are 21 years of age or older with no convictions for alcohol related offenses in the past two years
Are driven to earn a Cicerone Beer Server Certification and/or SafeServ Certification.
