Meet Charlie: Built for Snuggles and Good Company
Charlie may be little, but his presence is anything but. This 2.5-year-old Chiweenie from South Charlotte Dog Rescue is full of charm, loyalty, and personality, and he’s looking for a forever home in Charlotte or Lake Norman, NC, where he can stick close to his people and soak up all the love.
Charlie is affectionate, social with other dogs, surprisingly chill with cats, and deeply devoted once he decides you’re “his.” He’s especially fond of women, a bit cautious with men at first, and absolutely committed to following his favorite humans everywhere. Yes, even from room to room! His world revolves around companionship, comfort, and being part of your daily routine.
Whether he’s curled up beside you or tagging along like a tiny shadow, Charlie thrives on connection and brings a comforting, joyful energy to every day. He’s the kind of dog who makes a house feel like home.
Beer pairing? Charlie pairs perfectly with Twain’s Amber Ale. Smooth, approachable, and full of character, just like him. He’s the ideal brewery buddy for laid-back hangs and cozy afternoons.
Adoption perks: Adopt Charlie by Dec. 31, and he comes with a special holiday package:
